At Spicy Heo Kimchi, we take pride in making high-quality, small-batch kimchi with love and care. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to resolving any issues with your order.

Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or spoiled.

  • You received the wrong item or an incomplete order.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at yeong@spicyheo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the product and packaging

  • Your order number

We review each request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and quality.

Situations Not Covered

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Products not stored or handled properly after delivery

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Orders not picked up during scheduled local pickup times

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery/pickup

Pickup & Delivery Disclaimer

We offer local delivery and pickup in the Twin Cities metro area. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Kimchi is a fermented product and should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.
