Shipping policy

At Spicy Heo Kimchi, we currently offer local delivery and pickup only in the Twin Cities metro area. As a small-batch business specializing in fermented foods, we take extra care to ensure your order is handled with freshness and safety in mind.

Delivery Zones & Schedule

  • Local Delivery Only: We currently deliver within a defined radius of the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area.

  • Delivery Days: Deliveries are made on select Mondays throughout the month. Delivery dates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

  • Delivery Window: Deliveries usually occur between 5PM and 9PM. You will receive a reminder the day before.

Pickup Option

  • Pickup is available at designated locations and/or events (e.g., farmers markets).

  • If you select pickup at checkout, you will receive instructions on the date, time, and location.

Missed Delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery on the scheduled date. If no one is available and we are unable to leave the package safely, we may need to reschedule for an additional fee or cancel the order.

Due to the perishable nature of kimchi, we are not responsible for spoilage caused by missed pickups or unattended deliveries.

Shipping (Not Yet Available)

We do not currently ship outside the Twin Cities metro area. If and when we expand to regional or national shipping, this policy will be updated accordingly.
